Bernie Williams is one of my all-time favorite Yankees. The way he played the game, and went about his business, was the epitome of class. Some of my favorite Yankees teams were in the early 2000s, when Bernie was in his prime. I know that the Yankees get a lot of hate across the country, but I think it’s safe to say that no one can hate this guy.
However, what a lot of people don’t know is that Bernie Williams has turned into quite the accomplished musician! Williams is a classically trained guitarist who plays and composes jazz, classical, and Latin inspired music. I got the opportunity to hear him play live a few years back and I was quite surprised at how enjoyable it was! I also recently learned that he was nominated for a Latin Grammy. I urge everyone to give him a listen.
